We needed a tool that supported us in developing shared methods for documentation, uncertainty management and control in project implementation. Furthermore, we looked for an open system that could integrate with our more specialized systems and applications, to collect all information in one place.
We considered several options but chose Invo because they delivered a product that complements Office 365, which is our main tool for digital collaboration, information processing and documentation. We experienced interacting with skilled people that had an open and constructive view to our issues. What was particularly important was the philosophy that developed products should be commercialized.
We believe that more users of a solution will increase the value in the form of continuous development. Norway – and specifically the contracting business – must be digitized, however, the development will go slowly if everyone will develop their own product in a silo.
What we gained from implementing Invo was a user-friendly management system that handle an overall need for collaboration in the organization. We now have a tool that facilitates for uncertainty management, control over tasks, documentation, and evaluation of project implementation.
