In Invo Document Center, files are organised by the structure defined by you, the customer, and your users may easily navigate in a familiar file structure or search directly by file name, folders or content tags. Access to the content is restricted by ownership rights, and this content will not be visible, even in search results for users without the right access credentials to keep security at a high level and to best manage access to vital information. This is the SharePoint file server, the way your users are familiar with it!

The Document Center in SharePoint offers the user a natural alternative to storing files locally, making retrieval at a later point easy. Invo Document Center increases productivity by giving you easy and fast retrieval of relevant information, and increases information sharing across the entire organisation.

Among Invo Document Center’s useful functions are access control, document preview, sharing, version log and the ability to add workflow on documents.
