Invo QMS is a standardised module in MS SharePoint, designed to support your company’s internal procedures, best practices and methodologies. The feedback and experiences from previous deliveries have formed the base upon which the module has been built – the customer gets a SharePoint site for maintaining quality management documentation. This module provides a quick access to and full overview of necessary company guidelines – in one place.
The customer may organise documents in sections and on levels, be it procedures, check lists, sets of instructions or operating procedures. The quality system is flexible and dynamic, allowing you to build your own structure, based on your needs. You may update the content and templates at any time, independent of Invo.
Invo QMS is closely integrated with Invo Template Library. Hence, the user will have access to all QMS templates exactly where the user are in the solution, for instance in Invo Projects or in Invo Document Center.
