The biggest improvement for us has been going from local servers to the cloud. It has increased our security, where we now have all our files available no matter what happens.
At the same time we were able to get rid of other tools we used earlier, because the needs were now covered by the Invo solution and Sharepoint. This has simplified the workflow.
Now we only need to do the work one time, in one place, and the rest is automatically handled by the system. An example is when we create a project, a predefined folder structure based on the project type is created. This saves valuable time for our project managers.
Invo met us with a level of professionalism and knowledge that made us feel safe. The process went very well, with few issues.
What surprised us the most, was how few issues there were after we implemented the solution. In addition, we were shocked by all the positive feedback from our users. It is common for such a big change to be challenging for users, and create complaints, however, it has gone much better than we thought, and our users are very happy with the Invo solution.
